李兆磊，山东德州人，副教授，工学博士，国际学生博士生导师，硕士生导师，创新创业导师，国际创业教练（高级），注册咨询工程师（投资），物流管理专业责任教授，物流管理系副主任，教育部高等学校物流管理与工程类专业教学指导委员会物流管理专业工作组成员，陕西高校新型智库综合运输发展研究中心研究员，中韩物流研究院研究员，西安交通大学管理科学与工程流动站博士后，美国内华达大学（Reno）访问学者。

主要从事管理科学与工程、物流与供应链管理领域教学科研工作，发表SCI/EI/CSSCI/CSCD等期刊论文30余篇。主持陕西省自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、陕西省社会科学基金、陕西省社会科学界重大理论与现实问题、西安市科社基金等省部级以上纵向研究课题10余项；承接政府、行业协会及企业委托横向课题30多项；参与国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社科项目等纵向课题，交通运输部、多省交通运输厅及商务厅等单位横向课题若干。

Biodata:
Li Zhaolei, the Associate Professor, Doctor of Engineering, Doctoral Supervisor of International Students, Master Tutor, responsible professor of logistics management, deputy director of the Logistics Management Department in Chang’an University, and Visiting Scholar of the University of Nevada (Reno) in the US. Besides, he has been appointed as the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Tutor, Registered Consulting Engineer, researcher of Integrated Transportation Development Research Center of New Think Tank in Shaanxi Colleges Coalition and researcher of China-Korea Logistics Research Institute.
Research Directions:
Logistics and supply chain: logistics network carrying capacity, complex logistics system optimization, intelligent/digital logistics, composite supply chain management, supply chain ecological coordination.
Facilities Planning and Design: regional logistics planning, logistics facilities planning and design ( warehouse, park, port area, hub, etc. ), Free Trade Zone planning and management.
Integrated Transportation: integrated transportation and carbon neutralization, spatial and temporal analysis of transportation network, network freight platform and network vehicle, ' hub + channel + network ' structure analysis.
Regional Social Economy: urban agglomeration and transportation logistics integration, population structure and transportation logistics, cross-border e-commerce and international logistics, urban and rural logistics distribution system.
Scientific Research Achievements:
Currently he is engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of management science and engineering, logistics and supply chain management, publishing more than 30 papers retrieved by SCI / EI / CSSCI / CSCD and other journals. He has presided over 10 vertical research projects above the provincial and ministerial level, such as Shaanxi Natural Science Foundation, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Shaanxi Social Science Foundation, the Major Theoretical and Practical issues in Shaanxi Social Science Circles, and Xi'an Science and Society Foundation. In addition, he has undertaken more than 30 horizontal projects entrusted by the government, industry associations and enterprises such as the Ministry of Transport, the Department of Transport of many provinces and the Department of Commerce as well as participated in several significant projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Humanities and Social Science Project of the Ministry of Education, etc.
