王经略，博士，毕业于西南交通大学管理科学与工程专业，研究方向为建设项目低碳创新管理。在《科学学研究》、《工业工程与管理》等学术期刊发表多篇学术论文。主持了中央高校基本科研业务费项目“研发竞争下成本补贴对研发公司技术创新的影响分析”。参与了国家社科重点课题“国家复杂产品生产能力比较研究”、教育部人文社会科学规划基金项目“多方参与的大型复杂项目团队成员合作行为和激励工作研究”、中国—东盟区域发展协同创新中心“中国铁路走向东盟的风险防范对策研究”等多项国家级和省部级课题。此外，还参与了“新建兰新铁路第二双线（新疆段）”和“拉日铁路工程”的建设过程，参与建设“川藏联网输变电工程综合管控体系”。

Jinglve Wang, Ph.D., graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a major in Management Science and Engineering. His research focuses on low-carbon innovation management in construction projects. He has published multiple academic papers in journals such as "Studies in Science of Science" and "Industrial Engineering and Management." Dr. Wang has led the research project "Analysis of the Impact of Cost Subsidies on Technological Innovation in R&D Companies in the Context of R&D Competition," funded by the Central Universities' basic research project. He has also participated in various national and provincial-level research projects, including the National Social Science Key Project on the comparative study of national complex product production capacity and projects funded by the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Fund. Additionally, Dr. Wang has been involved in the construction of the "New Lanzhou-Xinjiang Second Double-Line Railway (Xinjiang Section)" and the "La Ri Railway Project." He has contributed to the development of the "Comprehensive Control System for the Sichuan-Tibet Grid Interconnection Transmission and Transformation Project".
